You will also delegate tasks and achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Additionally, you will train Technical Trainers for new and running products, and be responsible for Repair Engineers training & development of training content. Furthermore, you will be responsible for direct R&D interaction for product issues and feedback, and responsibility includes product quality and failure analysis for feedback to R&D team. You will also be responsible for defective quality check (RTC) at warehouse for spare return from ASC, and designing and leading training programs for service department. Collaborate with subject matter experts to keep training content up to date with the latest technological advancements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

2. Minimum 10+ years of experience, with at least 5 years in Consumer Electronics.

Skills:

1. Strong leadership and organizational abilities.

2. Strong project management skills with a track record of successful product launches.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
