The Inspire Brands Hyderabad Support Center will also host an innovation lab and collaborate with start-ups to develop solutions for productivity optimization, workforce management, loyalty management, payments systems, and more.

Job Summary:

The Senior Manager, Data Science will lead a specialized team within Inspire Brands, focusing on developing sophisticated pricing strategies across multiple brands. This role involves leading a team of 2-3 data scientists to create product forecasts, price elasticities, and pricing recommendations. The Senior Manager will be a central figure in facilitating effective communication and collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including revenue management, brand analytics, data product teams, executive leadership, and franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement advanced analytical models for product forecasting, pricing elasticity studies, and strategic pricing recommendations.
  • Manage a team of data scientists, providing guidance on complex data analysis and modeling tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and optimizing workflows.
  • Foster strong collaborative relationships with revenue management, brand analytics, and data product teams to align data science initiatives with business objectives.
  • Communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations effectively across different levels of the organization, including non-technical stakeholders.
  • Oversee the integration of pricing strategies with overall brand strategies, ensuring consistency and alignment.
  • Drive the continuous improvement of analytical tools and processes, staying up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements.

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • A minimum master's degree in a STEM field with 4+ years of relevant work experience or a PhD in a STEM field with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing multiple individual contributors.

Required Knowledge, Skills, or Abilities:

  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in statistical modeling, machine learning, and data analysis.
  • Proficient in Python programming.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data-driven insights into clear, actionable strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in using major data analysis tools and software such as Databricks, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.

Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on qualifications and location. Please note that this salary range is based on industry standards and may vary based on individual circumstances.
