Institutional Sales Director for B2B Growth

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Institutional Sales Manager to drive sales growth for our B2B vertical. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the retail industry, preferably in interior design, furnishings, décor, and new-age startup industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Design and implement effective sales plans to achieve revenue targets for our institutional and B2B vertical.
- Business Partnerships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with interior designers, interior design firms, and architects.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth and provide solutions to partners' pain points.
- Marketing Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to create engaging marketing plans for our institutional partners.
- Operations Management: Ensure efficient operations and delivery systems are in place for project execution.
- Team Leadership: Lead the sales team to ensure adherence to company policies and guidelines.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in interior design, furnishings, décor, and new-age startup industries.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, clarity of thought, strong analytical skills, number-driven approach, proficiency in computers and relevant software.
