At Dentalkart, we're seeking an exceptional Senior Operations Strategist to spearhead our operational excellence initiatives. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.
Job SummaryThis is a senior-level position that reports directly to the executive team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing long-term operational strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives. Key performance indicators (KPIs) will be closely monitored and analyzed to identify trends, areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions across multiple departments.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Strategy Development: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and execute long-term operational strategies and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- KPI Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) at a macro level, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions across multiple departments.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Oversee and enhance logistics and inventory management processes, ensuring optimal coordination with regional warehouse teams.
- Control Tower Department Setup: Spearhead the setup, management, and continuous improvement of the control tower department, providing oversight of regional warehouse activities and operational performance.
- Team Leadership and Development: Manage, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of operations staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Culture of Safety and Quality: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while promoting a culture of safety and quality.
- Customer Satisfaction: Address customer inquiries and operational issues, developing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a focus on quality and efficiency.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
