Your Role:
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Development Lead to join our team in Bangalore, Pune, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, or Chennai. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying market opportunities, researching new target markets, meeting clients and building relationships, and creating business development plans.
What You'll Do:
- Identify market opportunities through meetings and networking.
- Research and implement new target market initiatives.
- Meet new and existing clients to build positive relationships.
- Create business development plans and forecast sales targets.
- Pursue leads and move them through the sales cycle.
- Liaise with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies.
- Prepare financial projections and sales targets.
- Produce reports for management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of industry-related experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management principles.
Salary Range:
$70,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications.
