As a Research Manager, you will be the key link between clients and research teams.

The ideal candidate will take ownership of projects end-to-end — from understanding client needs to designing research, ensuring smooth execution, analyzing data, and delivering insights that really make an impact.

You will work directly with clients to understand their business questions and turn them into actionable research plans.

The successful candidate will draft proposals and lead projects from start to finish, guide and mentor junior researchers, review and validate questionnaires and survey designs, keep an eye on project timelines and budgets, dive into data to uncover insights, craft clear and compelling stories for clients, and deliver reports and presentations that inform and inspire decisions.

This role requires a Master's or MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field. A minimum of 4–7 years of experience in quantitative market research is also required.

We are looking for someone who can combine data, storytelling, and client collaboration with strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and analytical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Master's or MBA in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.
