We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Operations Analytics Specialist to join our team at Lilly. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing operational dashboards to facilitate the management of clinical trials. You will work closely with colleagues in LRL, CDDA, IT, and other components of the R&D organization to ensure appropriate rigor and consistency. Your responsibilities will include maintaining and growing a strong working knowledge of various systems used across CDDA, partnering across functions and geographies to build and/or refine systems used in operational reporting and analytics, resolving system issues quickly, and ensuring high stakeholder satisfaction through consistent delivery of high-quality, timely, and insightful outputs. You will also develop expertise of processes and data used by business functions, apply knowledge and experience to understand and respond to customer feedback, and maintain appropriate change control documentation. Additionally, you will partner effectively with vendor staff as needed, support system testing as needed, and develop and maintain metrics as needed. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical science, computer science, engineering, statistics, or related field, applied experience in developing and delivering analytic insights, and expertise with data analysis/visualization applications, languages, and analytics solutions. Advanced degree, experience working with clinical data in a pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, or Regulatory agency, knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements governing clinical development, and familiarity with systems used in clinical trials are preferred. Experience with Agile Development, familiarity with AWS ecosystem, experience in Predictive and prescriptive analytics, experience in delivering under tight timelines, demonstrated proactive process improvement, demonstrated project management skills, high learning agility, strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, strong business acumen, and exceptional customer focus are also highly valued.
