Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Development Partner to join our team at Ascendion. This role is responsible for fostering teamwork, defining clear goals, and driving business results.

Responsibilities
  • Foster collaboration among teams to align individual and team goals with the organization's strategy.
  • Provide constructive feedback, recognition, and performance improvement guidance through regular check-ins and appraisals.
  • Equip managers to deliver timely, actionable feedback to guide employee development.
  • Establish transparent promotion processes based on performance, skills, and organizational requirements.
  • Drive business unit/region-specific initiatives to accelerate performance and achieve results.
  • Support talent assessments, potential identification, development plans, mentoring, talent reviews, and succession planning.
  • Implement programs enabling employee growth and development within the organization.
  • Develop tools facilitating timely and meaningful feedback exchange between managers and employees.
  • Identify training needs through performance data and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with internal/external providers for targeted talent development initiatives, evaluating and adjusting programs for effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in Performance & Talent Management or a similar HR role.
  • Strong understanding of performance management principles and practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
About the Role
