Database Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Senior SQL Developer to join our dynamic team at Primesoft. As a key member of our database team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing efficient database solutions that align with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement database solutions using SQL programming and database management systems such as MS SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
  2. Collaborate with software developers to integrate SQL databases into applications and ensure effective and efficient database solutions.
  3. Optimize database performance through query optimization and database tuning.
  4. Troubleshoot database-related issues and provide timely resolutions.
  5. Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver robust database solutions.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an SQL Developer.
  3. Proficiency in SQL programming and database management systems.
  4. Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and relational database concepts.
  5. Strong experience in writing SQL queries and stored procedures.
  6. Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
  7. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  10. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions.

Preferred Skills:

  1. Experience in writing stored procedures and queries in MSSQL.
  2. Strong understanding of database design principles, normalization, and relational database concepts.
