City Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced City Manager to join our organization. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to develop strategies and lead a team of sales professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with experience in developing and implementing sales strategies. They will also be responsible for managing a team of direct sales professionals, coaching and mentoring them to achieve their sales targets.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work well under pressure. They will also have the ability to travel extensively across the city to expand our market reach.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to acquire merchants and retailers across multiple segments
  • Source, generate, and close new acquisition and activation leads
  • Lead and manage a direct sales team - coach, mentor, and motivate them
  • Drive promotional strategies to boost market penetration and visibility
  • Travel across the city to expand market reach
