Global Operations Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operations Manager to join our team at Integrated Personnel Services Limited.
About the Role:
As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of our business, including HR operations, talent acquisition, employee record keeping, compensation and benefits, talent management, attendance and leave management, invoice management, and employee relations. You will also be expected to develop competencies for yourself and team members, assess current and desired competencies levels, and suggest development plans as approved by the management.
In addition, you will facilitate the growth of business by identifying potential new clients and developing pipelines of new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients to generate incremental business, and understand and implement strategies to ensure that client requirements are met within timeframes with minimal complaints or escalations.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Operations:
Manage and assist team members in human resource planning and budgeting, talent acquisition, induction, employee record keeping and documentation, compensation and benefits, and talent management. - Talent Acquisition:
Acquire the right talents within the approved budget and time frame. - Business Development & Client Servicing:
Facilitate the growth of business by identifying potential new clients and developing pipelines of new business opportunities, maintain relationships with existing clients to generate incremental business, and understand and implement strategies to ensure that client requirements are met within timeframes with minimal complaints or escalations. - Associates Management:
Ensure timely and accurate disbursement of associates' salary, identify and settle grievances of associates, and ensure associates retention and motivation. - Revenue Generation:
Generate the required revenue as targeted, generate target revenue within the permissible cost, liaise with government bodies, and build strong liaison with government authorities.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong understanding of business development principles and practices. You should also be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and have experience with HR software. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or human resources is required, and a master's degree would be an asset.
Salary:
The estimated salary range for this position is ₹800,000 - ₹1,200,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
