Job Details

As a key member of the IT team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying IT opportunities and driving digital transformation across Astral Ltd. (Plumbing, Adhesives, Bathware, Paints). Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the IT Demand Portfolio of Sales, Marketing, FG Logistics/Warehousing, Consumer/Trade/Influencer Loyalty, Sales Budgeting, Sales Planning, Market Expansion, Lead Management, Employee/Trade/Influencer Learning Management, GTM Master data, and other Non-Application web presence.
  • Collaborating with business-led CRM teams to integrate business leaders, stakeholders, and technology.
  • Developing and executing IT enablement opportunities across Sales, Marketing, Loyalty Management, Logistics, FG Warehousing, Digital Marketing, and Logistics/Warehousing functions.
  • Managing the IT Demand Management Process and the IT Support Process.
  • Ensuring measurable deliverables, business value creation, and ROI from IT initiatives and projects.
  • Reducing IT delivery cycle times across all spheres, including projects and maintenance/support.
  • Adhering to SLAs in support.

Short-term goals include enhancing stability to our GTM systems, integrating current capabilities across business lines, and introducing new integrated platforms. Medium-term goals involve implementing/upgrading and embedding SAP HANA, integrated solutions in domains not limited to Sales Planning/Budgeting, Discount Management, Sales Force, and Customer/Trade/Influencer learning. Long-term goals include ideating and introducing new digital business models, introducing advanced analytics and decision-making capabilities, and bringing in predictive and prescriptive capabilities.
