We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our purchasing efforts and drive business growth.

This role involves overseeing all purchase activities, managing supplier relationships, and identifying opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

A bachelor's degree in electronics or mechanical engineering is required, as well as relevant work experience in purchasing or a related field.

While prior experience in the auto parts industry is desirable, we also welcome applications from candidates with expertise in proprietary parts procurement and IATF systems.

About This Role
  • Purchasing Management: Lead all purchase activities, including procuring materials, negotiating contracts, and managing inventory.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Cost Reduction and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for cost savings and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

Required Skills and Qualifications

A successful candidate will possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in electronics or mechanical engineering.
  • Relevant work experience in purchasing or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Knowledge of proprietary parts procurement and IATF systems (desirable).
