Job Summary

The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing the human resources department, focusing on recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. This position will collaborate with management to align HR strategies with business objectives and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Staffing:
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Employee Relations:
  • Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
  • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction.
  • Performance Management:
  • Design and implement performance management systems that align with company goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on performance evaluations and feedback processes.
  • Training and Development:
  • Identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Manage onboarding and continuous training initiatives to ensure employee growth.
  • Compliance and Policy Management:
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting:
  • Analyze HR metrics to assess employee performance and engagement.
  • Prepare regular reports for management on HR activities and workforce trends.

Requirements

  • Proven working experience as HR Manager or other HR Executive
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
