About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Sales Manager to join our team at Howden India. As a key member of our sales division, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue expansion through strategic partnerships and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Pipeline Management: Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, utilizing industry-leading tools such as Compass for data management.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Client Engagement: Conduct regular meetings with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Revenue Growth: Achieve targeted revenue numbers through effective corporate business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Direct Corporate Sales Experience: A minimum of 10+ years of experience in insurance broking, preferably with a track record of success in similar roles.
  • Education & Qualifications: University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
