
Client Experience Manager

A Customer Relations Executive plays a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met through exceptional customer service.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Hindi, and have a relevant educational background in hospitality. 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing and participating in events
- Overlooking general maintenance and guest handling
- Site dynamics
- Work Schedule
- Site team (e.g., Property Manager)
- Other details if any
Reporting Structure:
You will be directly reporting to the Customer Relation Manager and Property Manager as per site requirements.
Qualifications:
- Relevant educational background in hospitality with 1-2 years of work experience or 2-3 years of experience in Client Customer Service facing roles;
- Good Communication skills with fluency in English and Hindi language is a must;
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays is an added advantage;
- Basic understanding of operating computers, mobile application, and MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc. is also preferred.
