Pari Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Baby Care Person to join our team. As a key member of our childcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our young clients.

• Ensure the physical and emotional well-being of children in our care, including feeding, bathing, and engaging in age-appropriate activities.
• Develop and implement daily schedules that promote learning, growth, and development.
• Establish a safe and nurturing environment that encourages children to explore and learn.
• Build strong relationships with children, their families, and our team members to provide exceptional care and support.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless care transitions and maintain open communication with families.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in childcare or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and move children as needed.
