  • Develop and implement ESG strategies to solve environmental and societal needs while helping companies win and widen their opportunity space to create value and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with diverse team members to advise clients across industries on how to equitably achieve their net zero ambitions and sustainability goals.
  • Leverage your experience to develop industry-leading solutions to help our clients succeed by driving consumption decisions and employer attractiveness, leading market expansion and new business fields, lowering operational cost, managing and reducing regulatory risks, lowering cost of capital and better financing access, becoming a priority for investor decision making, and improving economic fundamentals and higher market valuations.

About the Team

Our Climate & Sustainability practice partners with businesses and governments to help them transform commitments into action and build a decarbonized, more sustainable world, driving technological and economic transformations to realize sustainable competitive advantage.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in leading and implementing ESG or sustainability strategies, ideally within consulting or advisory role
  • Knowledge of ESG principles, frameworks (e.g. SASB, GRI), measurement and ratings, financing and concepts, integration and reporting, and relevant regulations
  • Strong understanding of specific industry sectors and their ESG challenges
  • Proven track record in end-to-end transformations on material ESG topics, that include and is not limited to leading edge business models, frameworks for analysis, and long-term business strategies that maximize shareholder value
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex industry concepts in clear and non-technical terms
  • A strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
