Job Title: Real Estate Sales Professional

As a leading real estate open plotting company, we are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving targets and be passionate about real estate sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Conduct property site visits and presentations to potential buyers.
  • Understand clients' needs and provide them with suitable property options.
  • Negotiate and close deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Stay updated with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Attend industry events and exhibitions to expand the network and promote the company's offerings.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in business administration, marketing, real estate, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions.
  • Good knowledge of the local real estate market.
  • Self-motivation and target-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
