We are currently seeking a highly skilled Branch Financial Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with new and existing clients to drive business growth and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, establish long-term relationships with clients, and develop strategies to retain existing customers.
  • Sales & Cross-selling: Develop and implement sales plans to cross-sell and upsell a wide range of banking products, including liabilities, assets, digital channel activation, and digital wealth management solutions.
  • Investment Advisory: Provide research-based investment advice to clients, manage client portfolios, and offer tailored investment solutions to achieve their financial goals.
  • Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries, providing exceptional service and ensuring that client needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of success in acquiring new customers, increasing revenue, and developing strong relationships with clients.
  • Strong understanding of banking products and services, including liabilities, assets, and digital wealth management solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth and improvement.
