Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our leadership team as a Founders Office Associate.

This role will involve providing administrative support to the co-founders and leadership team, ensuring seamless communication and execution across various initiatives.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our leadership team, drive strategic projects, and contribute to the growth and development of our organization.

  • Enable Our Founders
  • Manage and Streamline Communications
  • Schedule Meetings and Follow-ups
  • Maintain Meeting Minutes and Action Items
  • Assist in Candidate Sourcing and Communication
  • Cross-functional Execution
  • Support Projects Across Hiring, Marketing, and Retail Planning
  • Build Simple Trackers and Dashboards
  • Follow up with Internal Teams
  • Represent the Brand and Founders
  • Write Emails and Communications
Key Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, ops, HR, or EA role)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Super organized with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Strong Google Sheets/ basic Excel and documentation skills
  • Hungry to learn, execute fast, and work closely with the leadership team
