Razorpay is a leading fintech company that requires a skilled Sales Professional to join our team.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals for B2B (Enterprise Sales).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, social media, etc.).
  • Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and challenges.
  • Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM software.
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
  • Customize pitches to meet the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
  • Articulate the value proposition of the product/service effectively.
  • Lead negotiations and manage the sales process to secure profitable contracts.
  • Close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in end-to-end sales, B2B sales for SaaS / Fintech Products.
  • Experience selling complex products/services, ideally in a relevant industry (e.g., technology, SaaS, finance, etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.

What We Offer:
