Razorpay is a leading fintech company that requires a skilled Sales Professional to join our team.
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven sales representative to manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing deals for B2B (Enterprise Sales).
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target potential clients through various channels (cold calls, emails, networking, social media, etc.).
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and challenges.
- Create and manage a pipeline of opportunities through CRM software.
- Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos.
- Customize pitches to meet the specific needs and pain points of prospective clients.
- Articulate the value proposition of the product/service effectively.
- Lead negotiations and manage the sales process to secure profitable contracts.
- Close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the legal and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in end-to-end sales, B2B sales for SaaS / Fintech Products.
- Experience selling complex products/services, ideally in a relevant industry (e.g., technology, SaaS, finance, etc.).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
What We Offer:
