Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Engineer to lead our corrective maintenance team in shift operation at RBAI.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead the shift team to achieve line technical availability, quality, 5s, and safety targets.
  2. Coordinate with the Centralized Function Team (CFT) for daily activities.
  3. Apply systematic problem-solving methods, including why-why and Ishikawa.
  4. Develop and implement permanent measures for line/equipment issues.
  5. Finding and planning training needs for the team.
  6. Plan shift schedules and manpower for the team.
  7. Derive corrective and preventive actions for machine breakdowns using quality tools.
  8. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) and improve Mean Time To Repair (MTTR) and Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF).
  9. Effectively manage tooling and communicate with suppliers on open points, breakdowns, and their closure.
  10. Document breakdowns and preventive maintenance activities.
  11. Collaborate with the preventive maintenance team for effective preventive measures.

Qualifications

Diploma in Mechatronics, Electrical and Electronics Engineering (E&E), or Electronics.
