Front Office Liaison Manager

We're looking for a highly skilled professional with one to five years' experience in front desk management or reception. Your role will be at the heart of our business, maintaining and updating records and databases, handling incoming and outgoing calls, and contributing to the monthly management report.
Main Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring a warm welcome to our visitors and guiding them through their experience
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distribution, while remaining professional and polite in your communication
- Update records and databases, including telephone registers, call tracking, and client contacts
- Contribute to the monthly management report for our clients
- Develop policies and procedures needed for all functions in the reception area
