Design and implement an Employee Relations Program that promotes a positive work environment.

Plan and Organise employee benefits as below:
- Employee events, team-building activities, and social gatherings.
- Employee motivation and development programs.
- Workplace amenities and services.
Foster positive relationships with our employees as their primary point of contact.
- Provide necessary resources and support to employees.
- Address employee concerns and resolve issues efficiently.
Build a strong employer brand and ensure all employees have a positive experience at ELV Projects.
We are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Employee Relations, or a related field.
At least 3+ years of experience in Employee Relations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Fluency in English is preferred.
