**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Administration Executive for a leading Corporate Gifts Distribution Company in Thrissur, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations in our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management.
  • Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and performance evaluations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Administration Executive or similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
