Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Influencer Marketing Strategy Analyst to join our India team. In this role, you will work closely with the publisher development team to support them in managing and growing publishers working with CJ Affiliate. You will also provide support in publisher audits, competitor analysis, and enrolling publishers into advertiser's programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to influencer queries and communications effectively.
  • Engage with high-performing clients to drive campaign success.
  • Train and educate influencers on CJ tools, platforms, and product solutions.
  • Develop client-facing and internal reports by compiling, analyzing, and interpreting social and performance insights.
  • Support project management and operational functions of the Campaigns Team.
  • Coordinate across multiple departments and teams to manage campaign assets and deliverables.
  • Participate in building strategy presentations and post-campaign insights for influencer, content, and brand campaigns.
  • Support end-to-end influencer sales and execution processes, including influencer sourcing, onboarding, and casting for each campaign.
  • Build trend/vertical and competitive analysis reports using third-party tools, social listening, and campaign management tools.
  • Support paid media campaigns by establishing KPIs and measuring against benchmarks.
  • Drive forward task efficiencies and consistent best practices across the team.
  • Proactively identify and implement projects, automation, and recommendations to improve an influencer's program.
  • Prioritize activities based on the needs of the team.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of exposure in digital media/client services roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • A graduate in any discipline.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational and communications skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Respectful attitude towards varying opinions and perspectives.
