Your Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers, overseeing daily planning and implementation of projects, and collaborating with stakeholders to understand product roadmaps. You will translate product concepts into actionable formats, lead development teams through application creation phases, and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices. Your expertise in agile methodologies, SaaS architecture, and security practices will be invaluable in driving the success of our development team.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Proven experience in managing and growing development teams, ideally within a startup environment

- Demonstrated ability in leading, coaching, and mentoring developers, with a strong focus on code quality and security practices

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively

- Strong interpersonal skills, with experience working across departments and levels

- Proficient in Scrum and agile methodologies, with a solid understanding of core technologies, including C#, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap, AJAX, RESTful APIs, .NET Core, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, Web API, and SQL

- Ability to work well under pressure, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
