Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Events Revenue Strategist to join our team at EazyDiner. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue by selling advertisement and sponsorships. You will work closely with restaurant partners and clients to ensure seamless execution of events and deliver exceptional customer service, fostering long-term relationships.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales & Client Acquisition:
- • Identify, target, and acquire corporate clients for event sponsorship.
- • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets.
- • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Event Management:
- • Coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution of events, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded.
- • Manage all aspects of the sales process, including proposal creation, contract negotiation, and post-event feedback collection.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- • Stay up to date with market trends and competition to identify new opportunities and develop strategies to improve market penetration.
- • Gather insights from client interactions and event performance to continuously optimize sales strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
- 6-8 years of experience in event sales, hospitality, or restaurant partnerships.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and clients simultaneously, with attention to detail.
Rupee 1,200,000 per annum (estimated)
