Job Title: Manufacturing Operations Coordinator

Our ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in coordinating the production planning process to drive operational efficiency and meet customer demands.

This position entails overseeing the development of production schedules, monitoring inventory levels, and collaborating with procurement teams to ensure timely material ordering.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules that align with sales forecasts and operational requirements.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to secure raw materials and packaging on time.
  • Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, ensuring seamless production operations.
  • Work closely with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment utilization.
  • Generate accurate and timely reports using ERP systems to inform data-driven decision-making.
  • Analyze plant performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • 3-5 years experience in production planning, inventory management, and ERP-based reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MIS reporting tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with food safety regulations (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP, ISO).
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques.
