The Role

  • Acquire and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure alignment with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
  • Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
  • Support sales team key planning and operations tasks to drive business objectives.
  • Drive attainment planning through effective goal setting, sales incentives, and territory analysis.
  • Provide pricing and contract support by offering high-quality and competitive proposals.
  • Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
  • Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Prior experience in Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales Operations/Sales Support roles, preferably within Consumer Durables and Personal Care & Cosmetics.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
  • Highly goal-driven with experience working in fast-paced environments.
