The Role
- Acquire and manage relationships with corporate and institutional clients to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Develop strong internal relationships to optimize service delivery and ensure alignment with internal guidelines and statutory requirements.
- Organize data and generate deep customer insights to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness.
- Support sales team key planning and operations tasks to drive business objectives.
- Drive attainment planning through effective goal setting, sales incentives, and territory analysis.
- Provide pricing and contract support by offering high-quality and competitive proposals.
- Monitor and analyze key sales and business performance indicators and trends to drive strategic and tactical business decisions.
- Ensure sales process adoption and compliance, and identify opportunities for improvement in sales processes and systems.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in Sales/Relationship Manager or Sales Operations/Sales Support roles, preferably within Consumer Durables and Personal Care & Cosmetics.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Adaptable and able to thrive in changing environments.
- Highly goal-driven with experience working in fast-paced environments.
