Job Title: IAM Specialist: Governance & Compliance

Overall Purpose of the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Identity and Access Management (IAM) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strong IAM governance processes, ensuring compliance with our security policy. This includes defining global processes for managing user accounts and identities in our IT landscape. The role requires close collaboration with stakeholders from HR, sourcing, master data management, IS&T, and business representatives.

The ideal candidate will design and contribute to IAM mechanisms and implement them on tools and architectures within our Alstom Information System. Additionally, they will participate in the functional and technical roadmap and lead a team of external resources supporting our IAM program.

Responsibilities:

  1. Drive business, IT, and security teams to comply with applicable IAM policies, standards, and instructions.
  2. Work closely with the IAM team to design and deploy monitoring and control systems based on IAM policy and instructions.
  3. Ensure critical applications are well integrated with IAM controls and governance, including access reviews, approval workflows, based on policy and instruction.
  4. Develop and maintain measurable IAM security metrics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
  5. Maintain IAM policy and instruction awareness among business, technical, architecture, infrastructure, and end-user support teams.
  6. Develop and maintain measurable KPIs to showcase IAM governance performance.
  7. Analyze internal and external threats and recommend remediation actions based on IAM capability.
  8. Perform IAM audit/gap assessments of internal systems and processes, providing recommendations to mitigate gaps.

Technical Competencies and Experience:

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering/Technology or related field.
  2. Minimum 5-7 years of relevant IAM security governance experience.
  3. Good understanding of IAM domains (SSO, IGA, PKI).
  4. Professional industry standard certifications like CISSP, CISA, CEH, GIAC, CISM, etc. are an added advantage.
  5. Experience with IAM solutions within Saviynt AAG, Microsoft Azure, or other IAG solutions.
  6. Exposure to maintaining ISO 27001 for IAM scope.
  7. Proficient hands-on experience and understanding of various security tools and technologies.
  8. Demonstrated leadership experience in IAM and audit.
  9. Demonstrated drive for continuous learning, results-orientation, and teamwork.
  10. Professional and concise communication (written and verbal).
  11. Ability and flexibility to adapt to change, including shifting and competing priorities.
  12. Good understanding of functional concepts of Identity and Access Management (workflows, SOD, recertification access, provisioning, auto-correlation access).
  13. Ability to work with functional and technical teams in a dynamic environment.
