Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Channel Growth Manager to join our team in Mumbai. This is a challenging role that requires a unique blend of business acumen, communication skills, and technical knowledge.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through effective channel partner management, forecasting revenue accurately, and ensuring deliverables meet business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement incentive programs across various channels to drive business growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partners to ensure long-term partnerships and ROI.
  • Analyze market insights and growth opportunities to forecast revenue accurately.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding process, compliance, governance, and control across defined frequencies.
  • Execute system development and operate within guidelines for regions, states, or areas.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Channel sales development experience.
  • Proven track record in building and nurturing partnerships.
  • Negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Leadership skills with ownership mindset.
  • Knowledge of Internet lease lines, SIP Trunking, and PRI.
