Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to passengers, addressing their concerns and resolving issues efficiently
- Ensure seamless travel experiences by handling check-in, baggage drop-off, and other airport-related tasks
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong ability to problem-solve and make decisions quickly. Prior experience in the aviation industry is a plus, but not mandatory.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for this role ranges from ₹25L to ₹28.5L per annum, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you can expect a range of benefits, including PF, Mediclaim, OT, Cab, Incentive, TA, DA, and other allowances as per company norms.
