Job Overview:

The HR Executive will be responsible for managing core HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, payroll, compliance, and overall HR operations. The role demands a proactive and organized individual with strong interpersonal skills who can contribute to building a motivated and high-performing workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviews, and offer rollouts.
  • Oversee onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain a talent pool to meet future hiring needs.
  • Employee Engagement:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Organize team-building activities, training sessions, and events to foster a positive work environment.
  • Payroll and Compliance:
  • Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely and accurate salary disbursements.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and gratuity.
  • Performance Management:
  • Support the performance appraisal process by coordinating reviews and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and organizing development programs.
  • HR Operations and Policy Implementation:
  • Maintain and update HR policies and ensure their effective communication across the organization.
  • Manage employee records and handle HR-related queries and grievances.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
  • Prepare and present regular HR reports and analytics to management.
  • Monitor HR metrics, such as attrition, absenteeism, and recruitment turnaround time.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or employee engagement.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office applications.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
