We are seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Product Manager to lead our efforts in global trade compliance and product safety standards. This is a unique opportunity to join our innovative Legal Tech team at Wayfair, a global leader in home goods e-commerce.

About the Role:

  • Drive Strategic Product Vision: Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Global Trade Compliance and Product Compliance, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to meet Wayfair's global business needs.
  • Lead Atomic Teams: Lead and mentor two atomic teams focused on Global Trade Compliance and Product Compliance, working closely with tech teams in India to ensure delivery of high-quality compliance solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain Tech teams to integrate compliance features into Wayfair's broader tech stack and operational workflows.
  • Performance Metrics: Define, track, and report on key product success metrics related to compliance outcomes, product performance, and team effectiveness.
  • Travel Opportunities: Regular travel to Boston to collaborate with global teams, share updates, and drive key initiatives forward.

About You:

  • 6-9 Years of Experience: Proven experience in product management, preferably driving scalable enterprise tech solutions across cross-functional teams.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with software development processes, agile methodologies, and working with tech teams to build scalable solutions.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience working with diverse, cross-functional teams across different geographies.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex compliance challenges into actionable product solutions.
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, Law, or similar). An advanced degree / MBA is a plus.
