- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and scale delivery teams across domestic and international markets.">
- Drive performance, productivity, and motivation within recruitment teams.">
- Ensure robust training and capability-building for sourcing and delivery teams.">
Process & Compliance:
">- Implement best practices in sourcing, assessment, and onboarding of candidates.">
- Maintain compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and client standards.">
- Ensure accurate reporting, management information systems, and dashboard reviews for internal and client stakeholders.">
Business Growth & Collaboration:
">Partner with the sales/business development team to support client acquisition with strong delivery strategies and contribute to revenue growth by ensuring global client satisfaction and repeat business.
