Strategic HR Business Partner

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled HR professional to manage the full scope of HR operations, encompassing recruitment, payroll, employee engagement, and more.

Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews
  • Coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure seamless candidate experience
  • Manage onboarding process and documentation to facilitate new hire integration
Payroll Processing
  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, adhering to statutory regulations and company policies
  • Handle salary calculations, deductions, reimbursements, and other related tasks
Employee Relations & Administration
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
  • Handle attendance, leave management, and shift schedules to optimize workforce productivity
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Support employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work culture
HR Documentation & Compliance
  • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment and relieving letters, and other related documents
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to minimize risks and avoid potential liabilities

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR – recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions
  • Knowledge of Payroll Software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR, or similar)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related fields
