We are seeking an experienced Salesforce and CPQ Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce platform and Salesforce CPQ application. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Salesforce administration and a strong understanding of CPQ processes, ensuring smooth operations, configuration, and troubleshooting of both systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and role hierarchies.
  • Manage Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing rules, and quote templates.
  • Ensure data integrity through regular data imports, exports, de-duplication, and database cleanup activities.
  • Design and implement process automation using Salesforce workflows, process builders, flows, and approval processes.
  • Set up and maintain product bundles, discount structures, and approval workflows within CPQ.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and product teams to improve quoting, upselling, renewals, and the overall sales process.
  • Develop and implement custom fields, validation rules, and object relationships to support business needs.
  • Integrate Salesforce with other key systems such as ERP, billing, and other third-party applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues within Salesforce and CPQ to ensure system availability and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate Salesforce and CPQ release management, ensuring proper testing, user training, and seamless deployment.
  • Provide user training and create documentation for new features, ensuring company-wide adoption.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor sales performance, quoting accuracy, and key business metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards, including SOX and GDPR, in Salesforce and CPQ configurations.
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce and CPQ features and drive continuous improvement within the platform.
  • Lead cross-functional projects that optimize sales processes and improve the efficiency of Salesforce and CPQ systems.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • 3+ years of experience in Salesforce CPQ administration.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Salesforce CPQ Specialist certifications preferred.
  • Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing workflows, reports, and integrations.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.
