Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced UK Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a UK Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Respond to customer enquiries through calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  2. Taking ownership of customer concerns and resolving them efficiently.
  3. Consistently demonstrating quality teamwork and a positive attitude.
  4. Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.
  5. Strong English communication skills required.

Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,000 CTC plus incentives up to ₹8-10,000 per month. You will also enjoy 5.5 days working with cabs (pick n drop) and rotational shifts. The company provides a conducive work environment, which includes cabs (pick n drop), 9 hours Monthly rotational shifts, Week off- either Saturday or Sunday.

Requirements

To succeed as a UK Customer Support Representative, you should have:

  • Strong English communication skills.
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in international customer service.
