Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced UK Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a UK Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries through calls and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Taking ownership of customer concerns and resolving them efficiently.
- Consistently demonstrating quality teamwork and a positive attitude.
- Preferred 6 months experience in International Customer Service.
- Strong English communication skills required.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of up to ₹30,000 CTC plus incentives up to ₹8-10,000 per month. You will also enjoy 5.5 days working with cabs (pick n drop) and rotational shifts. The company provides a conducive work environment, which includes cabs (pick n drop), 9 hours Monthly rotational shifts, Week off- either Saturday or Sunday.
Requirements
To succeed as a UK Customer Support Representative, you should have:
- Strong English communication skills.
- A minimum of 6 months' experience in international customer service.
