Key Responsibilities:

  • Create a music programming strategy to showcase diverse music, carefully timing and targeting specific audiences.
  • Lead a team of curators, editors, or content managers, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
  • Analyze user insights and market data to inform curation decisions, leveraging analytics to optimize performance.
  • Develop and execute thematic campaigns, promoting track discovery, downloads, and licensing opportunities.
  • Monitor content performance, testing and refining successful strategies.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in music programming, editorial curation, or content strategy at a media company, DSP, or similar entity.
  • A deep understanding of music genres, moods, and social media use cases.
  • Proven ability to lead curation initiatives across multiple formats and genres.
  • Experience working with data to make informed content decisions and collaborating cross-functionally with product, marketing, A&R, and content operations teams.
