Role Overview

As a key member of the Hero Motocorp team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and sales performance in assigned territories. Your primary objective will be to develop and execute sales strategies that meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

Requirements

  • 4-5 years of experience in channel sales with automotive OEM
  • BE/B.Tech & MBA in Sales & Marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Negotiation Skills, Interpersonal skills, Conflict Management
