Salary Information
We offer a highly competitive salary for this position, estimated at approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, based on experience, location, and other factors.

Job Description
In this role, you will lead a large team in Record to Report domain while ensuring adherence to baseline values for all Service Level Agreements-KPI & CPI. You shall review team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests. Additionally, you shall handle close timelines and communicate on a timely basis, in accordance to the deadlines. Furthermore, you shall get along with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues and be responsible for supporting the metrics reporting for the meaningful process.

Responsibilities
• Handle multiple partners
• Be a people's manager involving in hiring, structured learning path, operations coach for the team
• Responsible for all the activities related to record to report
• Review team's day-to-day activities, including but not limited to Account Reconciliations, journal entries, reports, audit requests, analysis and other requests
• Get along with the Business Accounting team and internal partners to resolve issues
• Communicate on a timely basis in accordance to the deadlines

Required Skills and Qualifications
We seek a Commerce graduate/MBA with CA Inter degree & relevant work experience in General Ledger. The ideal candidate should have good written and verbal communication skills and be proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel. They should also possess good analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to handle team and client discussions, as well as excellent SME knowledge of accounting concepts.
