**Job Title:** SAP ILM Specialist

At Jenesis Technologies and Consulting Private, we're seeking an experienced SAP ILM Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our data management team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP ILM solutions that meet our clients' data archiving and compliance needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement SAP ILM solutions for data archiving and retention
  • Configure SAP ILM archiving objects for blocking, archiving, reporting, retrieval, and deletion
  • Setup SAP ILM audit areas and policies, including read programs, archive information structures, DRB views, and SAP-standard reports
  • Collaborate with functional and infrastructure teams to identify and refine requirements and data-related optimization opportunities
  • Experience in ILM store setup implementation with SAP IQ, OpenText, etc.
  • Ability to understand user requirements and design solutions

Requirements:

  • At least 7 to 9 years of experience in archiving, ILM, and data management
  • Proven experience in SAP data archiving from implementation to support post-go-live activities
  • Good communication skills and a right attitude in dealing with business and clients
  • Mandatory skills and responsibilities include archiving skills, data archiving, retention, and understanding of GDPR compliance

Desirable Skills:

  • SAP OpenText and VIM experience
  • Strong skills in SAP workflow and ABAP programming
  • Hands-on experience with SAP Vendor Invoice Management/OpenText integration process
