Ample is seeking an experienced Senior Product Growth Manager to spearhead the Regional Product Management team in Mumbai/Hyderabad.

About the Role

This role involves driving sales growth and strategy for laptop, desktop, workstation, and accessories products across various OEMs including HP, DELL, Lenovo, Microsoft, Samsung, Dynabook, and Acer. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and executing successful sales plans, managing distributor relationships, and leading market competitiveness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Planning & Execution: Develop and propose sales targets and strategies for Edge compute/clients' products/OEMs, conducting competition analysis, and implementing brand-wise initiatives to drive sales and market share.
  • Sales Enablement: Own and drive client business for laptops, desktops, workstations, and accessories, focusing on top-line and bottom-line growth, and develop marketing plans and campaigns to generate opportunities and drive sales.
  • Alliances & Mindshare Building: Coordinate with distributors, sales teams, and internal stakeholders on day-to-day operations, build strong OEM alliances, and foster mindshare among sales teams and OEMs regarding product categories.
Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess 7+ years of experience in managing laptop, desktop, and workstation product categories or server/storage/accessories product sales. A comprehensive grasp of enterprise/B2B business dynamics, proficiency in acquiring and applying strong product knowledge, exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, and outstanding communication skills are also essential.
