About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and accomplished MBA Admissions Leader to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy for the MBA service line, driving financial performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership & Business Development
">

You will lead the development and execution of a strategic business plan, aligned with the overall vision for the MBA service line. This will involve analyzing industry trends, competitive landscapes, and market dynamics to inform business decisions and drive growth.

  • P&L Management
">

You will manage the overall P&L for the MBA service line, ensuring financial performance meets or exceeds targets and delivers agreed-upon margins. This will involve periodic analysis of revenue streams, cost management, and cash flow optimization.

  • Team Management & Talent Development
">

You will lead, train, mentor, and coach a high-performing team of MBA admissions professionals, fostering an environment of continuous growth, skill development, and performance improvement. You will set and evaluate team and individual goals, providing regular feedback, and collaborating with leadership on talent acquisition, management, and retention plans.

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
">

You will lead the client servicing team in delivering exceptional support to applicants, providing personalized guidance across the MBA admissions process. You will develop and implement a client servicing strategy focused on satisfaction, engagement, and retention, ensuring a high-quality experience for all MBA applicants.

  • Sales & Marketing Collaboration
">

You will collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns for the MBA vertical, enhancing visibility and client acquisition. You will create effective messaging and competitive differentiation strategies to position The Red Pen's MBA services as a top choice in the market.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in MBA admissions consulting, higher education, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

  • Strong business acumen, including experience in P&L management, sales strategy, and team leadership.

  • Proven track record in client relationship management and process optimization.
">
  • In-depth knowledge of global MBA admissions processes, industry trends, and competitive landscapes.
">

Compensation

">

The estimated salary for this role is ₹25 lakhs per annum (approximately $32,000 USD), plus benefits and incentives. We offer a competitive compensation package that reflects your skills, experience, and contributions to our organization.
