Brand Visionary:

You will drive the creative direction and brand strategy for IndusInd Bank, leading a team of designers and collaborating closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams to ensure cohesive and compelling brand narratives across all channels. Your role will encompass everything from high-level brand strategy to overseeing day-to-day design execution, ensuring the brand's visual identity is consistent, innovative, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand Strategy:


• Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with business goals and objectives.


• Define brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels.

2. Creative Direction:


• Lead the creative development of campaigns, marketing materials, and digital assets that effectively communicate the brand's message.


• Oversee the design of promotional assets, including social media, website, and advertising materials.


• Ensure all design work meets quality standards and reinforces the brand's visual identity.

3. Team Leadership:


• Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback to foster a collaborative and innovative design environment.


• Encourage creative problem-solving and contribute to the development of a team culture that promotes excellence and innovation.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:


• Work closely with the marketing, product, and leadership teams to integrate brand initiatives into broader company strategies and goals.


• Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time and on-brand.

5. Project Management:


• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely and effective delivery.


• Prioritize multiple projects and manage competing deadlines to ensure the team's workload is effectively managed.

6. Brand Consistency:


• Maintain the integrity of the brand across all channels, both digital and physical, ensuring consistency in messaging, tone, and visual identity.


• Conduct regular audits to ensure all brand materials are aligned with the brand vision and guidelines.

7. Innovation:


• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies to ensure the brand stays fresh and relevant in the market.


• Continuously seek opportunities to elevate the brand through innovative design and storytelling that resonates with the target audience.
