
Product Category Leader

We are seeking a highly analytical and business-driven product category leader to own and manage the assortment, pricing, vendor relationships, and profitability of a key non-apparel product category.
This role involves developing and executing a category strategy for verticals such as footwear, bags, watches, beauty, or other lifestyle categories.
- Key responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, market gaps, and consumer trends to create differentiated product offerings.
- The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen with experience in P&L ownership and vendor negotiations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4–8 years of experience in category management, buying/merchandising, or business strategy (preferably in e-commerce, retail, FMCG, or quick commerce).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, data analysis, and reporting tools.
- Ability to identify consumer trends and translate them into business opportunities.
