Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Oracle HCM implementation/updating/modification process for all modules.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with SuccessFactors vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementation and resolve any technical or business-related issues.
  • System Configuration & Customization: Oversee configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices.
  • Training, testing & Quality assurance of HR tech products: Develop and deliver comprehensive training materials and user guides. Plan pilots, testing, provide end-user training and support for HR professionals and other business users to ensure smooth adoption of the system.
  • Change Management and digital adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement to ensure successful adoption of technology solutions, both to HR teams and wider global workforce.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation. Identify opportunities for process improvements and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., PMP, Oracle HCM certifications) are beneficial.
  • Experience:
    • Overall 12 to 15+ years of experience with experience in implementing HR Systems / Support Oracle HCM or other HRMS platforms.
    • Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations (across multiple modules).
    • Strong knowledge of HR processes and best practices, with deep understanding of HR technology solutions and shared services function.
    • Experience in setting up HR analytics and insights function.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Experience with Oracle HCM implementation and Project Management.
    • Knowledge of Oracle HCM integration with other HR and enterprise systems (BMC Helix or any other third-party tools).
    • High proficiency in excel, macro and other report automation tools.
    • Strong knowledge of automation tools across HR lifecycle.
    • Familiarity with Gen AI tools.
    • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.
