Key Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell Home Loans and Loan Against Property products to potential customers.
  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
  • Assist customers in completing loan applications and ensure all required documentation is accurately filled.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives set by management.
  • Conduct regular field visits to meet with potential customers and build a strong pipeline of leads.
Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: Graduation preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the BFSI sector.
  • Knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property products is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
  • Must have a valid driving license and own vehicle.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and field visits.
